Kara Sev is a crispy and flavourful savory snack that makes an irresistible combo with your masala tea. This crunchy snack is made from besan (kadalai maavu), rice flour, pepper and cumin. This can be paired with sambar sadam and rasam sadam too! We take special care to produce this with less oil and excess oil is removed before packing.
