Aval mixture is a crispy, crunchy and yummy deep fried, mildly sweet yet savory snack. It is a well-cooked combination of Aval (rice flakes), fried nuts, curry leaves, raisins and fried grams. It is a good accomplishment for evening tea and coffee. This can also be taken as a side dish for the meal along with rice. We take special care to produce this with less oil and excess oil is removed before packing.
