Our grandparents have been into the sweets trade since 1956. We belong to the beautifully nature embraced Tirunelveli which is famous for its fabulous and finger licking Halwa. We have been enjoying the taste of Halwa since childhood and have tasted several varieties of it. We crossed several milestones in life but Halwa has been a part in all stages of our life. Things changed but the taste of Tirunelveli Halwa didn't change. Every guest visiting a relative in Tirunelveli gets a pack of Halwa as a souvenir. Till today Halwa has been an unbeaten souvenir from Tirunelveli and that's why you see every shop around Tirunelveli bus stand and railway station sells Halwa.

We researched the taste and found that the taste is not only coming from ingredients wheat, sugar and ghee but also from Thamirabarani water and pothigai air which brings the unique taste to Tirunelveli Halwa. After the research we decided to spread the everlasting best human innovation “Tirunelveli Halwa" to areas beyond the Tirunelveli border and formed Sai Bhairavi Traders which started its journey with wholesale Tirunelveli Halwa trading. In few months, we realized that not only Tirunelveli Halwa but also the other famous products such as mixture, Kara sev, Kadala mittai, Ellu mittai and Manila burfi from Tirunelveli and its neighborhood area have never crossed Tirunelveli district but the lovers of these products are spread across the globe. Sai Bhairavi Traders include Halwas, mixtures, Kara sevs and Mittai varieties into its trade portfolio.

After several years of sweet trading, we found that there are individuals who are fond of Tirunelveli and its neighborhood area products but they don't find a way to get the products. Also, we found that there are several online merchants selling Halwa but they are not upto the mark of Tirunelveli Halwa. We do not support 'COD' or 'Cash on Delivery' at present. We will update here when our delivery network gets ready for 'COD' or 'Cash on Delivery'.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders placed between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on a business day are not eligible for cancellation because during this time the orders are packed as soon as they arrive.
• Orders placed between 09:00 AM and 2:00 PM on a business day can be cancelled on the same day by contacting the customer support contact number given on the website.
• Orders placed between 03:00 PM and 09:00 AM on a business day can be cancelled on the next business day by contacting the customer support contact number given in “Halwamixture.com”.

Refund Policy:

Orders paid by credit/debit card/net banking will be refunded by credit back to the respective credit/debit card/net banking account as provided at the time of placing the order. It may take up to 7-10 working days for respective banks' to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or net banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.

Refund is accepted only when the order is not delivered as mentioned below:

• Tamil Nadu - Order not delivered within 5 business days after getting the order confirmation email.
• Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana & AndhraPradesh - Order not delivered within 8 business days after getting the order confirmation email
• Rest of India - Order not delivered within 13 business days after getting the order confirmation email

Refund Procedure:

• If you don't receive the order as per the delivery window mentioned in “Shipment and Delivery” page, raise a log through email or through support number during business days
• Your log will be taken priority and we will track your order
• Log raised after the period mentioned in refund policy isn't accepted
• If your order is lost during shipment, a refund to your account at the time of placing order will be generated
• Before raising the log, check with your local courier with the tracking number mentioned in the email to ensure a smooth refund process

Refund's not acceptable:

• Order not delivered due to buyer's unavailability
• Buyer not reachable after repeated delivery attempts
• Buyer not available in the delivery address, door lock after repeated tries, buyer not reachable on mobile, buyer's mobile switched off, buyer not available in office, buyer's office delivery address is shut down
• Order not delivered due to wrong delivery address mentioned at the time of placing the order
• Buyer didn't raise a log within the time frame mentioned in “Refund Procedure”
