Crunchy, sweet yet with a tinge of salt. That's the speciality of this sweet sev which is a south Tamil Nadu delicacy. Seeni sev is prepared by deep frying a dough made of kadalai maavu (gram flour) and rice flour and the fritters are then dipped in a sugar syrup.
