Badusha or Balushahi is a sweet dessert that is popular pan India. And when all good things come in mini sizes, it's all the more cute! This traditional sweet is prepared with a dough from flour, ghee and curd. Small balls are made from the dough which is then deep fried in ghee and further soaked in sugar syrup. Our perfect mini badhushas are soft yet crunchy and have a layered texture.
